‘Evidence’ Exists That Radio DJ Grabbed Taylor Swift’s Ass, Representative Says

Last week,  KYGO disc jockey David Mueller sued Taylor Swift and her management group after being accused of grabbing, groping or otherwise inappropriately touching Taylor Swift’s ass at a Denver show in 2013.  Mueller was initially accused of the trespass at the show, kicked out by security, and subsequently fired.

The only problem is that Mueller may be totally innocent.

“The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift’s skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift’s photographer and Ms. Swift’s highly trained security personnel, during a company sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense, particularly given that Ms. Swift’s skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller’s hand in the photograph,” the complaint stated.<!–/*

That photograph remains unpublished but may be critical to this case, especially since damages could cross into the millions.  Whether the ass-grab occurred in another situation is unclear, though the accusation appears to be focused on a photograph  taken of Mueller, Mueller’s girlfriend, and Taylor Swift.  According to the filings, that appears to be the only time that Mueller was in close physical proximity of Swift, though a representative of the camp now says hard evidence exists of a violation.

“The radio station was given evidence immediately after the incident. They made their independent decision,” Swift’s spokeswoman Tree Paine told CNN.

Nothing further details on this piece of evidence was supplied.
